Return Policy
If you're not delighted with our final product or our service we'll give you a 100% refund. Or, in the case of a project that has not yet been paid for, we'll simply cancel your invoice.

We will not rent, sell or exchange your email address or any other personal information. We do not collect any of your personal information unless you provide it to us. Any information that you provide to us will only be used to better serve your needs and to make your experience with PRIMA more complete. We follow this policy not just because it is the law, but because we believe that it is the right thing to do.
Shipping/Delivery
For our inventoried DVD products PRIMA uses the USPS and UPS to ship your DVDs. USPS and UPS Delivery can take 1-12 Business Days.
For our personalized Video Prodcution Services, PRIMA spells out the time-frame for completion with each Client. You can count on PRIMA to do what it says because we know that trust is important in every relationship.
